The New Arrivals Institute (NAI) strives for a community that welcomes refugees and immigrants and provides them with the tools they need to achieve their goals. NAI serves a vital role in fulfilling this vision by providing educational and supportive services including English Language Classes, Employment Readiness, Citizenship Classes, Early Childhood Education, School Enrollment Support, and Summer Programs. Since the fall of 2021, NAI has welcomed and supported the more than 400 Afghans who have been resettled in Greensboro after being evacuated from Afghanistan.
